    Hmmm, well, in it you can do things such as:

    -top poster of the month
    -how many members registered that month
    -competition winners
    -irc server of the month... have a vote on the forums first, and at the end of each month the one network with the most votes wins...

    thats just a quick brainstorm for now :p

    I'd be up for receiving a newsletter. Maybe there could be a thread where people could post news for the newsletter? Just say as D3M0N suggested plus any highlights from that month such as the Atheme forum.

    You opt-in/opt-out of receiving emails from the administrators in your preferences, Marchs still hasn't been sent as I was waiting on Tappy to do it cos he has a nice template for it, however I'll just sent a plain one via the forums for now. Maybe next month we can use the template Tappy made for us.

    This could be considered self-promotion though. And that's something we always get accused of anyway :p So I don't think that is too likely.

    I would personally find it very interesting if things like security exploit / new cool features of popular irc software would be covered in the newsletters.
    And things that are important to forums of course.
