IRC Wiki updated to MediaWiki 1.19.0

    We finally updated our wiki software from the half-broken 1.16.5 to the spanking new 1.19.0 - This should resolve several compatibility issues with the latest MediaWiki extensions and hopefully help with the fight against the ever increasing tide of spammers.

    There however has been some minor loss of small and unused functions like that provided by the rss feed reader, but otherwise the Wiki is fully operational again. Visually there are no difference between the old side and the updated one, but there are plans to create a new theme using the awesome Vector theme and extensions.

    Yeah, only some stuff broke - Like SocialProfile's avatar upload function (since 1.18.0 regarding a change in SpecialFileUpload.php). Nothing we should worry about, but it is kind of annoying. Also Tappy was really the only one that helped :p
