Have you ever private messaged the wrong person?
    What were the consequences?
Did you laugh about it after or were you highly embarrassed?

Yes - and then I made it sound like it was intended and that I was joking.

Somehow you always accidentally find a colour code in front of your /msg and it displays in the channel for all to see...

I have accidentally sent the root password of a server to another user by mistake before due to a TAB fail.

Luckily it was just the password, so they did not know the IP address, username or port. They thought it was my NickServ password in the end.
